Nursery and primary school fees for 2026-2027

Registration fees and administrative costs

• Registration fees: 14,000,000 VND. Registration fees are due upon initial registration and must be paid at the beginning of the year. One registration per family.
• Administrative fees: 5,600,000 VND. Administrative fees are payable at the beginning of each year.
• Registration fees and administrative fees are non-refundable.

Tuition fees

• French nationality: 190,000,000 VND
• Nationality of a country where French is an official or co-official language: 201,000,000 VND
• Other nationalities: 210,000,000 VND
• Tuition fees are payable in one lump sum at the beginning of the year or at the beginning of each term.
• If a student arrives mid-year, the fees are calculated pro rata.
• Any quarter started is due in full.
• A 10% discount applies from the second child onwards.

Canteen prices

• Annual canteen fees: 14,500,000 VND
• If a student arrives mid-year, the fees are calculated pro rata.
• Non-refundable in case of absence.

School bus fares for 2026-2027

Dear parents, we offer two payment options:

1. a discounted quarterly package that allows you to save money,
2. or individual tickets if you prefer to pay for each journey separately.

Please also take note of our terms and conditions:

• 50% discount for the 2nd and 3rd children registered (on the same shuttle)
• For the package, we do not offer refunds in case of absence.
• If you register mid-year, we will bill you pro rata for the quarter.
• If you stop during the term, we will revert to a ticket-based pricing system.

1. Shuttle route

Pick-up point at Phu My Hung: 150,000 VND (ticket) / 100,000 VND (package*).

Other pick-up points: 150,000 VND (ticket) / 80,000 VND (flat rate)

2. Home collection

Single ticket price: 170,000 VND for all zones

Package prices per zone:

• Zone 1: 100,000 VND
• Zone 2: 145,000 VND
• Zone 3: 165,000 VND

Extracurricular Activity Fees 2026-2027

Price: 285,000 VND per occasional activity .

• The prices shown include the snack after the end of the class and the activity.
• 10% discount from the 2nd child onwards.
• The children have a choice of several different activities each day.
• 7th free activity.

Annual fees:

The percentages indicate the amount of the discount if you pay annually compared to quarterly.

• 1 activity / week: 8,200,000 VND per year (-10%)
• 2 activities/week: 16,100,000 VND per year (-11%)
• 3 activities/week: 23,700,000 VND per year (-12%)
• 4 activities/week: 30,300,000 VND per year (-15%)
• 5 activities/week: 36,200,000 VND per year (-18%)
• 6 activities/week: 40,900,000 VND per year (-22%) (2 activities on Wednesdays)

Terms

• The range of activities offered may increase or change depending on the number of children registered.
• No refunds will be given in case of absence (except for tickets).
• Minimum 4 children per activity, number of children limited between 8 and 15 depending on the activity
• You have two weeks after the start of each period to change your activity, subject to availability.

Extras:

• Football & Pickleball: 40,000 VND per session per child
• Swimming: 60,000 VND per session per child
• Chess club: 80,000 VND per session per child
• Electronics through games: 120,000 VND per session per child
• 3D drawing: 120,000 VND per session per child

Wednesday after-school activities: 3 options are available.

1. Only one activity is scheduled, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.

In this specific case, it is imperative that you pick him up at 2:00 PM . There is no shuttle service or supervision at that time. If you are unable to pick him up, your child must register for a second activity from 2:05 PM to 3:05 PM. This will allow him to use the shuttle service.

2. Two activities are scheduled from 1:00 PM to 3:05 PM

You must pick up your child at 3:05 PM if he/she is not taking the shuttle. If you are unable to pick him/her up at 3:05 PM, your child must register for another activity from 3:20 PM to 4:20 PM.

3. Two or three activities are scheduled from 1:00 PM to 4:20 PM

You must pick up your child at 4:20 PM if they are not taking the shuttle. A penalty will be applied according to the internal regulations in case of lateness.

Daycare rates 2026-2027

• We offer a package of 10 tickets for a 10% discount on the ticket price.
• Hourly rate: 160,000 VND

Ticket price from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM

Snacks are included.

3-5 years: 270,000 VND

18-36 months: 200,000 VND

Ticket price from 4:30pm to 6:00pm

3-5 years: 210,000 VND

18-36 months: 200,000 VND

Includes a 10% discount for all children attending Boule & Billes schools.

Full day packages (3:00 PM - 6:00 PM)

This package is non-refundable.

3-5 years: 360,000 VND

18-36 months: 300,000 VND

Rates: 185,000 VND / hour
