Preschool and Primary School Fees for 2025-2026

Registration and Administrative Fees

• Registration Fee: 13,500,000 VND Registration fee is due upon first enrollment and must be paid at the beginning of the year. One registration fee per family.
• Administrative Fee: 5,200,000 VND Administrative fees must be paid at the beginning of each year.
• Registration and administrative fees are non-refundable.

Tuition Fees

• French Nationality: 179,500,000 VND
• Nationality from countries where French is an official or co-official language: 188,000,000 VND
• Other Nationalities: 197,000,000 VND
• Tuition fees can be paid in full at the beginning of the year or at the start of each term.
• If a student joins during the academic year, fees will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.
• Once a term has begun, fees for the entire term are due.
• 10% discount from the second child onwards.

Cafeteria Fee

• Annual cafeteria fee: 13,200,000 VND
• If a student joins during the academic year, fees will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.
• Non-refundable in case of absence.

School Bus Rates for 2025-2026

Dear parents, we offer two payment options:

1. a quarterly package at a reduced rate that allows you to save money,
2. or individual tickets if you prefer to pay for each journey separately.

Please also note our conditions:

• 50% discount on rates for 2nd and 3rd enrolled children (traveling on the same shuttle)
• For the package option, we do not offer refunds for absences
• If you register during the school year, we will charge pro-rata for the quarter
• If you stop during a quarter, we will switch to a ticket-based rate

1. Shuttle Service

Phu My Hung pickup point: 130,000 VND (ticket) / 90,000 VND (package*).

Other pickup points: 130,000 VND (ticket) / 70,000 VND (package)

2. Home Pickup

Individual ticket price: 150,000 VND for all zones

Package prices by zone:

• Zone 1: 90,000 VND
• Zone 2: 130,000 VND
• Zone 3: 150,000 VND

Extracurricular Activities Fees 2025-2026

Fees: 270,000 VND per occasional activity.

• Prices include snack after class and activity.
• 10% discount from the 2nd child onwards.
• Children can choose from several different activities each day.
• 7th activity is free.

Annual tuition fees:

The percentages indicate the discount amount when paying annually compared to quarterly.

• 1 activity/week: 7,800,000 VND per year (-10%)
• 2 activities/week: 15,300,000 VND per year (-11%)
• 3 activities/week: 22,500,000 VND per year (-12%)
• 4 activities/week: 28,800,000 VND per year (-15%)
• 5 activities/week: 34,400,000 VND per year (-18%)
• 6 activities/week: 38,900,000 VND per year (-22%) (2 activities on Wednesday)

Terms and Conditions

• The choice of available activities may increase or change depending on the number of enrolled children
• No refunds for absences (except for activity tickets)
• Minimum 4 children per activity, number of children limited between 8 to 15 depending on the activity

Additional fees:

• Swimming: additional fee of 60,000 VND per activity per child
• Chess Club: additional fee of 80,000 VND per hour per child
• Electronics through games: additional fee of 120,000 VND per hour per child
• 3D Drawing: additional fee of 120,000 VND per hour per child

Wednesday after-school program, 3 options are available:

1. Single activity enrolled from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM

In this specific case, it is mandatory that you pick up your child at 2:00 PM. There is no shuttle service at this time, nor supervision. If you are unable to pick up your child, they must enroll in a second activity from 2:05 PM to 3:05 PM. This way, they can use the Shuttle service.

2. Two activities enrolled from 1:00 PM to 3:05 PM

You must pick up your child at 3:05 PM if they don’t take the shuttle. If you are unable to pick them up at 3:05 PM, your child must enroll in another activity from 3:20 PM to 4:20 PM.

3. Two or three activities enrolled from 1:00 PM to 4:20 PM

You must pick up your child at 4:20 PM if they don’t take the shuttle. A penalty will apply according to school rules in case of late pickup

Daycare Tuition fees 2025-2026

• Hourly rate: 160,000 VND

Single ticket price 3:00 PM-4:30 PM

Snack included.

3-5 years: 270,000 VND

18-36 months: 200,000 VND

Single ticket price 4:30 PM-6:00 PM

3-5 years: 210,000 VND

18-36 months: 200,000 VND

Includes a 10% discount for all children enrolled in boule & billes schools.

Full day packages (3:00 PM-6:00 PM)

This package is non-refundable.

3-5 years: 360,000 VND

18-36 months: 300,000 VND

For the holiday activity center from May 5th to 9th, 2025, the price for the week is 4,000,000 VND and the daily rate is 800,000 VND. You can find the program on the holiday activity center’s page.

French Language Support (SLF) and French as a Language of Education (FLSco) Rates 2025 – 2026

Rate: 185,000 VND / hour
