Nursery

Registration fees and administrative fees

• Initial registration fee: 10,500,000 VND . Registration fees are due upon initial registration. One registration per family.
• Administrative fees: 5,100,000 VND including one medical examination and mandatory civil liability insurance. Payable per child per year.
• For the ticket option, only administrative fees are required.
• No refund in case of absence ( except for nursery tickets ).
• Registration fees and administrative fees are non-refundable.

Tuition

• Full day: 149,000,000 VND
• Morning: 115,000,000 VND
• *Afternoon supplement: 250,000 VND
• Ticket price (meal included)
• Day (snack included): 1,040,000 VND
• Morning : 800,000 VND
• For children aged 6 to 12 months, +15%. Pro-rata deduction of the 15% if the child stays after 12 months.
• Childcare fees are payable in one lump sum at the beginning of the year or at the beginning of each term.
• If a child arrives mid-term, the fees are calculated pro rata.
• Any started term is due in full.
• A 10% discount applies from the second child onwards.

Canteen prices

• Annual fees: 12,100,000 VND

School holiday rates (July-August) with registration

• Half day: 580,000 VND
• 1 day: 750,000 VND
• Meals included for half a day (7:30am to 12:30pm), meal + snack included for a full day (7:30am to 4:00pm)

Kindergarten/Elementary

Registration fees and administrative fees

• Registration fees: 14,000,000 VND. Registration fees are due upon initial registration and must be paid at the beginning of the year. One registration per family.

• Nationality of a country where French is an official or co-official language: 201,000,000 VND
• Other nationalities: 210,000,000 VND

School Bus

Dear parents, we offer two payment options:

1. a discounted term package that allows you to save money,
2. or individual tickets if you prefer to pay for each journey separately.

Please also take note of our terms and conditions:

• 50% discount for the 2nd and 3rd children registered (on the same shuttle)
• For the package, we do not offer refunds in case of absence.
• If you register mid-year, we will bill you pro rata for the term.
• If you stop during the term, we will revert to a ticket-based pricing system.

1. Shuttle route

Pick-up point at Phu My Hung: 150,000 VND (ticket) / 100,000 VND (package*).

Other pick-up points: 150,000 VND (ticket) / 80,000 VND (package)

2. Home pick-up

Single ticket price: 170,000 VND for all zones

Package prices per zone:

• Zone 1: 100,000 VND
• Zone 2: 145,000 VND
• Zone 3: 165,000 VND

After school activities

Price: 285,000 VND per occasional activity .

• The prices shown include the snack after the end of the class and the activity.
• 10% discount from the 2nd child onwards.
• The children have a choice of several different activities each day.
• 7th activity free.

Fees per period:

Period 1: from September 4 to December 18, 2026. Period 2: from January 4 to July 2, 2027.

• 1 activity/week: 3,660,000 VND for period 1, 5,490,000 VND for period 2
• 2 activities/week: 7,240,000 VND for period 1, 10,860,000 VND for period 2
• 3 activities/week: 10,760,000 VND for period 1, 16,140,000 VND for period 2
• 4 activities/week: 14,240,000 VND for period 1, 21,360,000 VND for period 2
• 5 activities/week: 17,640,000 VND for period 1, 26,460,000 VND for period 2
• 6 activities/week: 20,960,000 VND for period 1, 31,440,000 VND for period 2 (2 activities on Wednesdays)

Annual fees:

The percentages indicate the amount of the discount if you pay annually compared to paying per term.

• 1 activity / week: 8,200,000 VND per year (-10%)
• 2 activities/week: 16,100,000 VND per year (-11%)
• 3 activities/week: 23,700,000 VND per year (-12%)
• 4 activities/week: 30,300,000 VND per year (-15%)
• 5 activities/week: 36,200,000 VND per year (-18%)
• 6 activities/week: 40,900,000 VND per year (-22%) (2 activities on Wednesdays)

Conditions

• The range of activities offered may increase or change depending on the number of children registered.
• No refunds will be given in case of absence (except for tickets).
• Minimum 4 children per activity, number of children limited between 8 and 15 depending on the activity
• You have two weeks after the start of each period to change your activity, subject to availability.

Extras:

• Football & Pickleball: 45,000 VND per session per child
• Swimming: 65,000 VND per session per child
• Chess club & Ukulele: 85,000 VND per session per child
• STEM, Coding & Mandarin: 125,000 VND per session per child
• Fencing: 155,000 VND per session per child

Wednesday after school activities: 3 options are available.

1. Only one activity is scheduled, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.

In this specific case, it is imperative that you pick him up at 2:00 PM . There is no shuttle service or supervision at that time. If you are unable to pick him up, your child must register for a second activity from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. This will allow him to use the shuttle service.

2. Two activities are scheduled from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM

You must pick up your child at 3:00 PM if he/she is not taking the shuttle. If you are unable to pick him/her up at 3:00 PM, your child must register for another activity from 3:20 PM to 4:20 PM.

3. Two or three activities are scheduled from 1:00 PM to 4:20 PM

You must pick up your child at 4:20 PM if they are not taking the shuttle. A penalty will be applied according to the internal regulations in case of lateness.

French Support Classes (FLE/FLSCO)

Which track your child follows is decided at the start of the school year: your child's French is assessed by the teaching team, then by the FLE/FLSCO teacher (French as a Foreign Language / French as a Language of Schooling), who places your child in the group that fits their needs. Prices are shown per week.

Preparatory FLE: from level A0 to level A2

• Final Year (kindergarten): 1 hour per week, 200,000 VND per week

Intensive FLE: from level A1.1 to level A2+

• Grade 1 to Grade 5: 4 hours per week, 800,000 VND per week

Advanced FLSCO: from level A2 to level B1

• Grade 1: 2 hours per week, 400,000 VND per week
• Grade 2 to Grade 5: 4 hours per week, 800,000 VND per week

A0, A1, A2 and B1 are levels of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), from first discovering French (A0) to expressing themselves independently (B1).

At the end of the FLSCO track, your child can take the DELF B1, an official French-language diploma that is internationally recognized and valid for life. The exam is optional, and its fees are paid by the family.
