1. Daycare

1.1 Conditions of registration for the daycare

The drop-in daycare is a form of part-time childcare, on an occasional or regular basis, limited to a few hours or half-days per week, upon registration and subject to available places.

She is located within the Boule et Billes daycare center and is supervised by the manager and her team.

It is open to all children from 18 months to 5 years old from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on Binh Thành or from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Thao Dien, depending on the needs of the families.

Before dropping their child off at the daycare for the first time, parents must read these internal regulations and submit the completed and signed information sheet and dispute sheet to the secretariat, as well as make the payment.

We offer a rate of 150,000 VND/hour. Parents make the payment before dropping off their child, and any hour started will be charged.

1.2 Welcoming children

The manager and her support team are the direct points of contact with families when a child is being welcomed.

The daycare is a place for socialization, promoting children’s development. We offer the children in our care activities adapted to their age and needs, corresponding to those we offer to the children in the nursery.

Outdoor play time is planned when weather and pollution permit, as well as supervised activities and free play time.

However, if a child who comes to the daycare center experiences a difficult time, or if adapting to the group proves complicated, the supervisory team reserves the right to contact the parents to inform them.

In order to welcome children in the best conditions, we ask families to give notice of their child’s arrival well in advance, or ideally the day before for the following morning. Parents who have registered their child at the daycare center are required to notify the manager or the office in case of any changes.

2. Nutrition, health and care

2.1 Lunch (Meal)

We offer snacks prepared by the school kitchen; parents can view the menu at the entrance of the nursery or on the website, on the “Canteen” page .

Children with food allergies or special diets should bring their snack from home in a cooler labeled with their name.

Snack time is from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM.

Lunch is offered to children as part of the nursery activities , with an additional charge of 80,000 VND. Parents must ensure that their child has a suitable meal in case of a special diet.

2.2 Health

Children with a contagious disease are not accepted at the daycare.

No medication can be administered at the daycare center, even with a doctor’s prescription.

If a child exhibits contagious symptoms during their time at the facility, they must be picked up by their parents as soon as possible.

2.3 Care

Children attending the daycare center must bring their own mosquito repellent, sunscreen, water bottle, diapers and a change of clothes.

The team uses soap and water when changing children. If a particular product is to be used (for example, specific creams), it must be provided by the parents.

The school will charge for diapers and spare clothes not provided in the child’s bag, with a flat fee of 50,000 VND.

3. Miscellaneous information

The children welcomed can bring their comfort blanket and pacifier, if necessary.

Personal objects and toys must remain at home.

Jewelry, hair clips and objects considered dangerous are prohibited at the daycare.

2. The secretariat will contact you to finalize your registration.
3. Download and complete the dispute form or ask to fill it out on site the day you drop off your child.

• Does my child have insurance with the school?
  However, we do not offer one-off insurance. The school also provides insurance for the children.
• Can I drop off my child without prior notice?
  No, parents must notify the person in charge of their child’s arrival well in advance, ideally the day before for the following morning.
• What do you do if my child won’t stop crying?
  If a child is experiencing a difficult time or if adapting to the group proves complicated, the supervisory team reserves the right to contact the parents to inform them.
• When is payment for daycare due?
  Payment is made before or after dropping the child off at the daycare. Any hour started will be charged in full.
• What will my child do?
  Children will participate in activities adapted to their age and needs, promoting their socialization and development. There will be outdoor playtime when the weather permits, as well as supervised activities and free play.
